ESSENCE was established in 2023. Our Organization empowers communities in Eastern Shan State by advancing education, healthcare, environmental care, and youth leadership through collaboration and inclusion. Through a collaborative approach, we unite local communities, businesses, and global partners to advance sustainable development, with no regard to ethnic, political, or religious boundaries.
ESSENCE ဆိုတာ Eastern Shan State Empowerment Network for Community Engagement ရဲ့ အတိုကောက်ဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ ဒေသခံတွေအတွက် ကျန်းမာရေး ပညာရေး လက်လှမ်းမှီနိုင်ဖို covid19 ကပ်ရောဂါ နဲ့ နိုင်ငံအတွင်းအထွေအထွေအကြပ်အတည်းတွေကြားထဲကနေ ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်မှာ စတင်တည်ထောင်ဖို့ဖြစ်လာခဲ့တာပါ။ ကျွန်ုပ်တိုရဲ့ အဓိက ရည်မှန်းချက်ကတော့ ဒေသခံတွေ ကိုယ်တိုင် ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်ဦးဆောင် တဲ့ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးလုပ်ငန်းတွေကတစ်ဆင့် ဌာနေလူမျိုးစုအားလုံးအတွက် တန်းတူညီမျှတဲ့ အခွင့်အရေးတွေ ရရှိစေဖို့ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
